How to make a bow like a pro!

Are you done Christmas shopping? I hope! For most of us, now it is time to wrap. I know for the longest time, I had no idea how some people made bows. I mean their bow looked like a professional did it and mine looked like a 3 year old did it. I actually learned thru trial and error and several YouTube videos. This is a straight forward easy way to make a bow for a gift. Grab some ribbon from the dollar store and you are good to go.
For this you will need approx. 7 feet of 1 1/2″ ribbon with wired edges and flexible floral wire or a chenille stem aka pipe cleaner. I prefer 20 gauge wrapped floral wire for all my bows because it is easy on my fingers.
Fold your ribbon at 6″ making 6 complete loops. Starting at the middle of the loops cut inward 1/3 of the ribbon width on a slight angle. Wrap a 8″ strip of wire around the ribbon and twist one turn. Cut ribbon for the streamers and attach to the bow.
Make sense??? Nope, well watch this…
